Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Salco website and platform ("Salco," the "Service"), operated by Innovia Internet LLC ("we," "us"). By visiting this website, requesting early access, or using Salco, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Salco on behalf of a business, you are agreeing on that business's behalf, and "you" refers to that business.
1. The Service
Salco is a conversational CRM for service businesses. It unifies WhatsApp and Instagram messaging into a shared inbox, provides a lead pipeline and scheduling tools, sends automated reminders, and reports on advertising attribution. Salco is currently offered on an early-access basis; features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use Salco, and you must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must have the right to connect any WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Search Console account you link to Salco.
3. Your responsibilities as a Customer
You are solely responsible for how your business communicates with your own contacts through Salco, including:
- Obtaining any consent required by law before messaging a contact, including consent required for marketing messages under applicable law (for example, Turkey's Law No. 6563 / İYS, or Canada's CASL).
- Not sending Protected Health Information or other sensitive clinical detail over WhatsApp or Instagram, which are not HIPAA-compliant channels.
- Ensuring your use of Salco, including any AI-assisted replies, complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- The accuracy of information you or your staff enter into the platform.
You remain the data controller for your contacts' information; Salco acts as your data processor, under a separate Data Processing Agreement made available to Customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Salco to:
- Send unsolicited or unlawful messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's or Google's own platform policies.
- Send messages that are fraudulent, deceptive, or that violate a recipient's legal rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another Customer's data.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
5. AI features
Salco's AI assistant answers routine questions and helps qualify leads. It always discloses that it is automated and is designed to hand off to a person for anything beyond routine matters. It is not a medical, legal, or financial professional, and it must not be relied on, and must not be configured by you, to give medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis, in the plan and currency shown at signup, until cancelled.
- Message costs charged by Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram messaging are billed separately through a prepaid message wallet, at the rate disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active Customers.
7. Intellectual property
Salco, its software, design, and branding are owned by Innovia Internet LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Salco for your own business during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own data and content.
8. Third-party platforms
Salco integrates with WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Search Console. Your use of those platforms through Salco is also subject to their own terms of service, which you are responsible for complying with. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by those third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" during this early-access period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovia Internet LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using Salco and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by a third-party platform (such as Meta) whose policies we must also follow. On termination, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will notify active Customers of material changes. Continued use of Salco after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country.
